Patriot Boxing involves several types of punches (Jab,Cross,Hook,Uppercut).  Our boxing classes are designed to not only give you a great workout but also learn the correct techniques to become a Pro-Boxer if you should ever want to go that route.  If your looking to compete or just get in great shape Patriot Boxing is for you.

Kickboxing

Patriot Kickboxing involves punches, elbows, knees and kicks.  Our kickboxing classes are designed to not only give you a great workout but also learn the correct offensive and defensive techniques of the entire body.  You will not only learn strikes to the head and body but also to the legs.  If your looking to compete or just get in great shape Patriot Kickboxing is for you.

Wrestling.

At Patriot Wrestling you will learn three styles of Wrestling (Greco-Roman, Freestyle and Folk Style).  We focus on everything from takedowns to controlling your opponent on the mat.  Our wrestling program is very intense and designed to teach you how to mentally and physically beat your opponent.

Mixed Martial Arts

Patriot Mixed Martial Arts teaches six phases to make you a complete fighter.  Striking, Wrestling, Submissions, Strength & Conditioning, Diet and Mental Preparation.   In order to be a great fighter we at Patriot Mixed Martial Arts believe you need to know all six phases before you can compete in the cage!

Jiu Jitsu

Patriot Jiu Jitsu involves submissions from the top and bottom as well as sweeps and takedowns.  Our program has classes for Gi and No-Gi.

Patriot Strength and Conditioning is designed for all fitness levels. We offer beginner classes to specialized training for professional athletes.

Patriot Private Training is either 1hr or 30min long.  It consists of everything from strength & conditioning to martial arts training.  We start out by finding what your needs are, then we come up with the best game plan to help you reach your goals.

Kids Classes

Patriot Kids classes are for ages 5 - 10 and both girls and boys.  Your child will learn proper techinques in Boxing, Kickboxing and Wrestling.  With the growing obesity rate in America we strive to teach your child the importance of fitness.  Your child will learn respect, self confidence and how to interact with others.  We do all this in a safe and FUN environment.

TRX

While most fitness equipment relies on weights, elastic or pulleys for resistance, the TRX instead employs the user's bodyweight and simple physics to create an unlimited range of resistance and complete range of functional motion across hundreds of exercises. TRX is suitable for users of all fitness levels.

Yoga

We offer several types of Yoga including Yoga Sculpt and Hot Yoga.  Yoga Sculpt involves weights that mixes in some cardio while Hot Yoga is practiced in a Heated Room.
